Mentally Insane Gamers (MIG): Promotion Requirements

NOTE: NO Promotion is just given our for completing the requirements, Promotions must be earned.

RECRUIT TO PRIVATE

A Recruit must register on the website, www.IG-Gaming.forumotion.com
A Recruit needs to Add on XBL their Battalion Roster (Example: MIG DR BL).
A Recruit must read and understand The Code, Rank Structure and The IG Laws.
A Recruit has 3 Days to test out our Community, before becoming eligible for a promotion to Private.

PRIVATE TO SERGEANT

A Private must be registered on the website, www.IG-Gaming.forumotion.com
A Private must participate in Battalion/Company Meetings.
A Private must Take the Recruitment Course administered by an MIG Recruiter.
A Private must recruit 2-3 gamers (Only after completing the Recruitment Course).
A Private must Understand and uphold following:
The Code, Rank Structure, IG Laws, and the Chain of Command.

SERGEANT TO LIEUTENANT

A Sergeant must help lower ranking members.
A Sergeant must show that they are a dedicated member of MIG.
A Sergeant must pass the Basic LT Quiz (Administered by the Major of the Company).

LIEUTENANT TO MAJOR

A Lieutenant must assist the Major and should be trained as their replacement.
A Lieutenant should only be promoted based on the Companies needs or if their Major gets promoted before the Company splits.
Must be properly trained, and must pass the Major Quiz. (Administered by the Battalion General of the Battalion).

MAJOR TO BATTALION GENERAL

A Major becomes eligible for a promotion after training their replacements.
A Major must run a successful Company.
A Major must be a positive role model for the Battalion/Community.
A Major must being active in game and on the site
A Major must be properly evaluated by their Battalion General.
A Major Must be properly trained.
A Major must pass the Battalion General Test/Interview.

BATTALION GENERAL TO BRIGADE COMMANDER (BC)

A Battalion General must run a successful Battalion that is properly structured and ready to split into another Battalion.
A Battalion General must be active in game and on the website.
A Battalion General must participate in the Battalion Generals meetings.
A Battalion General must have a trained replacement.
A Battalion General must show dedication, loyalty and commitment to the community
A Battalion General must be fair but firm and making sound decisions.
A Battalion General should work with other Battalion Generals & Brigade Commanders as a Team.
A Battalion General should behave in a professional manner at all times.
A Battalion General must successfully complete the Battalion General's Leadership Class.
A Battalion General must change his or her Gamer Tag to incorporate the "BC". Example; MIG Sample BC.

BRIGADE COMMANDER (BC) TO DISTRICT COMMANDER (DC)

A Brigade Commander is recommended for promotion by District Commanders.
A Brigade Commander must have Run 1 to 5 Battalions successfully with the proper Battalion Structure.
A Brigade Commander must display sound judgment and decision making in all aspects of their online gaming. (This includes in game, and on the site)
A Brigade Commander must have a trained replacement to fill their position.
A Brigade Commander must give 100% commitment to help run and grow MIG.
A Brigade Commander must successfully complete the Brigade Commanders' Leadership class.
A Brigade Commander must change his or her Gamer Tag to incorporate the "DC". Example; MIG Sample DC.

DISTRICT COMMANDER (DC) TO COMMUNITY LEADER (MC)

A District Commander is promoted via a vote by the Community Leaders only upon proving they are committed to the growth and well being of the community and all of its members as well as being a direct influence on it's growth by promoting it in the online gaming world.
A District Commander must display sound judgment and decision making at all times.
A District Commander must run and manage a successful District.
A District Commander must change his or her Gamer Tag to incorporate the "MC". Example; MIG Sample MC.

COMMUNITY LEADER (MC) TO CO-FOUNDER (XF)

A Community Leader is equal to the Co-Founders & Founder.
A Community Leader must manage IG as a whole.
A Community Leader can only be promoted to a Co-Founder, when he/she has proven to the entire Community that they are dedicated to the Growth & Well being of IG.
A Community Leader must change his or her Gamer Tag to incorporate the "XF". Example; MIG Sample XF.

CO-FOUNDER (XF)

A Co-Founder is the highest rank a member can achieve
A Co-Founder is the highest ranking member in IG.
A Co-Founder helps run all aspects of IG, and helps oversee the Community Leaders with their day to day operations.

FOUNDER (XI)

A Founder is the Communities Creator, and runs all aspects of IG.
A Founder promotes IG, and oversees all of its Operations, and Departments.
